Health facilities (doctors and dentists) are mostly accessed at Market Harborough. More acute health issues are referred to Leicester or Kettering hospitals. St Lukes Hospital provides recovery care.

Most children from the village settlement and Bramfield Park attend the village primary school (Lubenham All Saints Primary) up to age 11 when they can now choose to attend either Welland Park Academy (to age 16) or Robert Smyth Academy (to age 18) - both schools in Market Harborough. Some children from outside the Parish also attend Lubenham All Saints Primary School.

Most children from Gartree attend Foxton Primary School until the age of 11 then transfer to Kibworth High School until the age of 16 when they can transfer to Robert Smyth Academy or another further education college..
